Designed by Safe (Strategically Armored & Fortified Environments), the project is one of the largest investments in private security infrastructure ever seen. With an estimated construction cost of $300 million, Aerie is the first in a planned network of 1.000 shelters around the world. Every detail has been designed to meet the desires (and whims) of the most demanding clients, who want more than safety: they want exclusivity and well-being.
An underground shelter that's more than just safety
When we think of bunkers, we usually picture cramped, dark spaces, right? Not so with Aerie. With residences ranging from 180 m² suites to veritable underground mansions of over 1.800 m², the complex promises to redefine the experience of living underground.

According to Safe, there are different levels of membership, with the most basic one being accessible to successful CEOs. Already the highest level, called the Asylum Association, is restricted to selected guests.
