This initiative is the result of a partnership between the State Secretariat for Economic Development, Science, Technology and Innovation (Sedecti) and the Eldorado Institute, one of the main research and development centers in Brazil. With the objective of empower talents, the TIC em Trilhas project offers courses in areas such as Programming, Mobile Development, Interaction Design, Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Game Development and Cybersecurity.
Qualification and employability
According to Sedecti's head, Serafim Corrêa, the partnership is essential to ensure that young people have access to the knowledge they need to work in the technology, science, innovation and robotics market. According to him, this professional qualification is essential for students to be prepared to face the challenges and take advantage of the opportunities of the digital age.

“The goal of the partnership is to reach young people who are still in school, offering an introduction to technology, science and innovation. Today, in the 21st century, it is essential to have basic knowledge in these areas to ensure better opportunities in the job market,” highlights Corrêa.
100% online (EAD) and free courses
All courses offered are completely free and taught online (EAD), allowing residents of any region of the State of Amazonas to participate. The material was developed by experts, with a focus on employability and practical application of learning. With a “hands-on” approach, the professional qualification courses prepare students to face real challenges and seize opportunities in the technology market.
Strengthening the innovation ecosystem
According to Álvaro Gonçalves, manager of Eldorado Manaus, this partnership represents a major step forward in the development of new talent for the technology sector. “With the support of the Amazonas State Government, through Sedecti, we will strengthen the innovation ecosystem in the state. This initiative not only trains professionals, but also inspires a new generation of talent who will be key players in technology and innovation in the North Region,” he says.
The TIC em Trilhas project is part of the National Interest Priority Program (PPI) and is an initiative of the Eldorado Institute, with the support of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MCTI). Funded by Law No. 8.248/91 and coordinated by Softex, the project seeks to prepare students and professionals to meet the growing demand for qualified labor in the technology sector.
