How the selection process works
The selection process for the exchange program is divided into two stages. The first stage, which is eliminatory and classificatory, is based on an analysis of academic performance and proof of proficiency in the language required by the chosen course. In this stage, the maximum score is 100 points.
The second stage is the responsibility of the foreign partner institutions, which are responsible for accepting or rejecting the applications of students approved in the first stage. In this case, the result depends not only on the student's academic performance and documentation, but also on the available places and the specific criteria of each institution.
The general result is scheduled to be released on November 29, while the final result of the first phase will be published on December 10. The nomination of candidates, part of the second selection phase, will follow the specific calendar of the partner institutions.
