The Ministry of Education offers 255 free courses with MEC certification. They are short-term and completely online. The opportunities are available on the Learn More platform. The qualifications offered are free, high-quality and accessible.
The courses were created to provide free training. They are suitable for both students and professionals. Professionals can use the courses to update themselves in their field. There are options in information technology and education. They also include management, environment and languages. Other areas are tourism, health, security and communication. Cultural production is also among the available areas.
How do free courses with MEC certificates work?
The training courses were created by institutions of the Federal Network of Professional and Technological Education (EPT). The courses are self-instructional, that is, the student studies at his/her own pace. They can be accessed at any time. There are no prerequisites required. There is also no selection process.

To participate, simply register on the Aprenda Mais website (https://aprendamais.mec.gov.br/). Students can start studying whenever they want. free courses with MEC certificate guarantee the document upon completion. Issuing the certificate is also free of charge.

In April, new courses were added to the platform. The areas covered include Information and Communication. Courses in Educational and Social Development, and Management and Business were also included. Other areas with new features are Food Production and Tourism, Hospitality and Leisure. Natural Resources, Environment and Health, and Security also received new courses. Finally, Infrastructure, Languages, Languages and Literature, and Exact Sciences complete the updated areas.
