“Our demand has increased every day, since we work with caregivers of the elderly, as well as people in surgical recovery or with special needs, in addition to pregnant women and newborns”', explains the Director of Operations and Expansion of Home Angels , Ivan Marcos Ferreira.
The market that meets the demands of an aging population is highly promising, as Brazil has more than 28 million people in this age group, a number that represents 13% of the country's population. And this percentage tends to double in the coming decades, according to the Population Projection, released in 2018 by the IBGE. In this scenario, companies such as Home Angels, specialized in offering services to the elderly with physical limitations or who need company, people of any age in recovery, people with syndromes, pregnant women, newborns, among others, continue to expand even in the face of the economic crisis.
