The São Paulo Court of Justice (TJ-SP) will soon hold a new public competition, making almost 600 places available for candidates with completed secondary education. Those approved will receive salaries of R$6, in addition to various benefits.
A new public competition from the TJ-SP (Court of Justice of São Paulo) had its notice published this Wednesday (22) with 572 vacancies for the position of judicial technical clerk, across the state. With vacancies for secondary education, those approved in the public examination will have starting salary of BRL 6.043,54, plus food, health and transport aid. The working day is 40 hours a week.

Those interested in public high school vacancies must meet the following requirements:
Be a naturalized Brazilian native or enjoy the prerogatives provided for in article 12, 1 of the 1988 Federal Constitution;

Be up to date with electoral obligations;
Be 18 years of age by the date of inauguration;
Be up to date with Military Service obligations;
Have completed high school by the date of inauguration;
Have good physical and mental health to perform the duties of the position.
Os approved in the public tender will be responsible for carrying out activities linked to the organization of services that involve technical and administrative support functions for the Court of Justice units, carrying out judicial and administrative processes, serving the internal and external public, preparing and checking documents, controlling the custody of office material, update yourself on the legislation relevant to the area of activity and internal regulations.
In this way, the functions of a TJ SP Judicial Technical Clerk are focused on the administrative support of the Court.

Positions to work in ten Judicial Administrative Regions that make up the court structure are up for grabs. In addition to the capital, there are places for secondary education available in municipalities in Greater São Paulo, the interior and coast.
Regarding quotas, the TJ SP public competition has 120 opportunities for black people, 39 for people with disabilities and 19 for indigenous people. The remaining 394 vacancies are for broad competition.
Registration for the public competition for high school places runs from 10am on June 3rd until 23:59pm on July 12th, via the Vunesp website. The participation fee costs R$81, but it is possible to request a 50% reduction in the amount.
Requests for discounts for participating in the TJ SP public competition can be made between June 3rd and 5th. As stipulated in the notice, the benefit is aimed at candidates who cumulatively meet the following requirements:
Have a monthly salary of less than two minimum wages or are unemployed;
Whether students are regularly enrolled in high school, pre-university courses or higher education courses.
Stages of the competition with vacancies for high school
Scheduled to take place in the afternoon of September 8th, the objective test will require the resolution of 100 multiple-choice questions in a maximum of five hours. The program content includes:
Knowledge of law (40 questions);
Current affairs (6);
Logical reasoning (10);
Portuguese language (24);
IT (14);
Mathematics (6).
The second and final stage of the competition with vacancies for high school, with no date set yet, will consist of a practical test of text formatting and typing using an editor on Windows, Microsoft's operating system. The selection process is organized by the Vunesp Foundation.
