The production cost of these homes is significantly low, around 1.500 euros per square meter, compared to the Porto average of 3.104 euros. The rapid execution of 3D printed walls allows Havelar to offer new homes completely built in less than two months, more than double the usual time on the market.

Production

Although the printing process itself took 18 hours, human installers later intervened to install windows, doors, panels, roofs and other necessary elements. Including human labor, the entire project was completed in less than two months.
