Automaker Caoa Chery announced the opening of a second shift and more than 500 vacancies at the Anápolis factory, where it produces the Tiggo 5x Sport SUV.
Caoa Chery, one of the largest vehicle manufacturers today, recently announced the opening of a second production shift at its Anápolis factory, in the state of Goiás. Thus, the measure is part of the R$3 billion investment plan that the company has been carrying out this since August last year, aiming to expand and modernize its production capacity. To meet the production demand for the Tiggo 5x Sport, Caoa Chery will open 548 jobs.

Caoa Chery expands production and creates more jobs in Anápolis
With the second shift, the Caoa Chery factory will produce 6.000 cars per month, a increase 50% in relation to the current shift.
To achieve this, Caoa Chery will open 548 new job vacancies. The new employees will join the 809 already hired last year.

In total, the company created 1.357 new jobs in the region, increasing its workforce to 3.200.
Tiggo 5x Sport boosts growth of the automaker and the Anápolis factory
The main product of the Caoa Chery factory in Anápolis is the Tiggo 5x Sport, a compact SUV that has stood out in the Brazilian market for its design, performance and technology.
Launched in November 2020, the Tiggo 5x Sport has a suggested price of R$119.990 and is equipped with a 1.5 hp 150 turbo engine and 9-speed CVT transmission.
Furthermore, the model It has a 10,25-inch multimedia center, 6 airbags, stability and traction controls, among other comfort and safety items.
The model has an average consumption of 8,5 km/liter with ethanol and 10,7 km/liter with gasoline, according to INMETRO.
