Banco do Brasil, in partnership with the renowned Biasi Leilões, is promoting three residential property auctions in November, offering interested parties the chance to purchase their own home at attractive prices. With starting bids starting at R$49, each auction promises to be an excellent opportunity for investors and potential buyers.

Check auction dates and available properties

The auctions are scheduled as follows:

  • The first auction will take place on 08/11, starting at 11:00 am;
  • The second auction is scheduled for 21/11, opening at 10 am. A second similar event will take place on 00/28, at the same time;
  • The third and final auction will offer six mixed ownership properties on 22/11, starting at 13:30 pm.

Auctions will be conducted in online form by experienced auctioneer Eduardo Consentino, representative of Biasi Leilões.

In total, 56 properties will be made available located in different regions of Brazil, covering São Paulo, Paraíba, Santa Catarina, Espírito Santo, Goiás, Mato Grosso, Pernambuco and Piauí.

The most affordable minimum bid corresponds to a 70m² house located in Catolé da Rocha, Paraíba, while the property with the highest minimum bid is a 455m² house located in the central region of Corumbaíba, in the state of Goiás.

Also noteworthy is a mixed property in the Bariri region, in the interior of São Paulo, with an impressive 214.440m² of built area and a minimum bid value set at R$2.509.500,00.

There is a diversity of properties offered in this Banco do Brasil auction with Biasi Leilões

The regions that stand out in the offer of properties are Paraíba, with a total of 36 properties, and São Paulo, which offers 6 properties.

In São Paulo, a 158.98m² house located in Assis, in the interior of the state, is being auctioned for R$315.615,00.

For those looking for properties in tourist regions, a house with 200.00m² of land area in Águas de Lindóia, in the state of Goiás, has a minimum bid of R$315.615,00.

Payment of winning bids may be made in cash, at the time of issuing the purchase and sale contract, as specified in the notice.
