The mid-year holidays, often associated with a period of rest and leisure, can be seen from a different perspective by the most attentive students: the perfect chance to enter the job market through an internship opportunity.

With more than 12 thousand open internship positions: Company-School Integration Center (CIEE) offers an excellent opportunity for young people looking for professional experience.

Considered the largest social inclusion and employability NGO in Latin America, CIEE has a significant number of vacancies available for technical, secondary and higher level students, covering different areas of activity.

Large number of vacancies

CIEE announced the opening of 12.578 internship vacancies across Brazil, taking advantage of the window of opportunity provided by the end of the semester and the conclusion of internship contracts, which have a maximum duration of two years.

São Paulo tops the list, with 6,8 vacancies distributed between the capital, the metropolitan region and the interior municipalities. The Northeast region remains in second place, with 3,1 vacancies, while the Central-West and North have 1,6 and 924 vacancies, respectively.

Courses in greatest demand include Administration, Accounting, Law, Marketing and Pedagogy, in addition to several other areas. In addition to vacancies, many opportunities offer benefits that go beyond those provided for by the Internship Law, such as medical assistance, dental assistance, subsistence allowance and the possibility of.

How to Apply

To apply for one of the vacancies, interested parties must register on the CIEE Portal. It is crucial that the information provided, such as zip code, email and contact number, is correct.

On the portal, users have access to free courses and can enrich their profiles with presentation videos and online essays, increasing their chances of being called for interviews. Questions can be clarified via WhatsApp, on the number (11) 3003-2433, using area code 11.

CIEE: 60 Years of History and Inclusion

CIEE, founded 60 years ago, is the largest NGO for social inclusion and youth employability in Latin America. The institution has already inserted around 6 million Brazilians into the job market, through a series of social assistance actions aimed at promoting knowledge and strengthening links with priority populations.

According to Mônica Vargas, National Superintendent of Operations and Service at CIEE, the second half of the year is a strategic period for obtaining an internship position. “The year is not over yet, there is time to enter the world of work and begin to experience in practice what is assimilated in the classroom”, says Vargas.
