The vacancies are divided into three main areas: Health Service, Adjunct Faculty e Military Chaplains, all aimed at entry as a career officer in the Brazilian Army. The starting salary, for those who enter as a second lieutenant, is R$7.490, which can reach R$8.245 for first lieutenant, in addition to military supplements and specific bonuses.

How the selection process works
O Army Competition is known for its high level of demand. It all starts with a objective test of 50 questions, divided between general and specific knowledge of the area of activity. This stage is scheduled for 20 July, and will be held in 22 Brazilian cities.
In addition to the written test, candidates will also go through health inspection, physical fitness test e psychological assessment. Those who pass all these stages and are classified within the vacancies will be called for enrollment in March 2026.

Entries must be made between April 4th and June 20th from the official EsFCEx website: www.esfcex.eb.mil.br. The registration fee has been set at R$150. Anyone who is a bone marrow donor or is registered with CadÚnico can request fee exemption between April 4 and 11.
