The Strategic Expansion of Logistics
The company's growth strategy is based on expanding its operations in full-service logistics, covering all stages of the supply chain, from warehousing to inventory management and cargo handling. Technological integration is a key pillar in this process, using RFID tracking, warehouse management software (WMS) and Power BI to optimize operations and provide valuable insights.

In April this year, Asia Shipping had already announced the acquisition of Dati, an advanced AI-based cloud platform designed to optimize foreign trade operations, offering visibility and automation in almost 90% of logistics processes. This solution covers everything from ordering to delivery, optimizing cargo movement.
With the incorporation of Hórus, the company began to provide the cross-docking service, essential for reducing storage time and associated costs, especially serving time-sensitive goods e high turnover products. This method facilitates an efficient and quick transfer of goods to the customer, ensuring that they are not stored for unnecessary periods.
Inventory Management and Complete Operations
Among the new services provided by Asia Shipping, Alexandre Pimenta highlights the importance of inventory management in both operational units from Hórus Logística, located in Itajaí and Araquari, both in Santa Catarina. This step is critical for the success of logistics operations.
Implementing solutions such as RFID tracking and WMS ensures accurate inventory control, providing full visibility and updates on real time, thus avoiding losses or excess products. Rafael Dantas, commercial director of Asia Shipping, reinforces that the acquisition strengthens the expansion plans of the company, which already operates in 12 countries, with 41 offices, ten of which are in Brazil.
Logistics Solutions and Tax Reform
The imminent tax reform demands that importers explore alternatives that guarantee competitiveness. Asia Shipping intends to lead the market with Innovative solutions, adopting a model based on North American market, integrating the perspective of a freight forwarder with that of a logistics provider complete. This approach will allow a clearer view of customers' logistics needs, strengthening the company's commitment to a more strategic and efficient service.
Exponential Growth of Hórus Logística
The choice of Hórus Logística was strategic, considering its significant growth and the experience of its founders in the logistics and storage sector. Having started operations just one year ago, the Santa Catarina-based company has already shown significant growth. Its headquarters in Itajaí and Araquari are strategically located near ports that handle substantial volumes of Brazilian foreign trade.
The company, which already has 30 employees, plans to expand with new units in Paraná and São Paulo, further expanding its capacity and market coverage. Silvio Fernandes, CEO of Hórus Logística, states that close customer service and the incorporation of technology were crucial to the company's rapid growth.
Furthermore, the partnership with Asia Shipping brings additional strength to the company's expansion. The opening of a new branch in São José dos Pinhais (PR) is already scheduled for this year, and plans for 2025 include the opening of operations in the State of São Paulo, thus ensuring continued and sustainable growth.
