During construction and operation, Boulevard Marina Itajaí is expected to generate more than a thousand jobs, contributing directly to the local and regional economy.
With a Gross Leasable Area (GLA) of 12 thousand square meters, the mall will have approximately 120 stores and more than 20 gastronomic options.
The project will follow the “open” concept, integrating the marina with the urban space and promoting an open environment that will connect the public to the waters of the bay and its vessels.
In addition, the project will offer parking with capacity for 500 vehicles, facilitating access for visitors from Itajaí, neighboring cities and tourists from other states.
