Attention! Ministry of Management opens competition with starting salary of R$8.300; see contest details

The last few days have been marked by good news for those candidates who dream of winning a public position. This is because numerous notices were announced.

One of these notices was published by the Ministry of Management, which intends to hire 200 professionals in various areas. This, with an initial remuneration of R$8.300 and a food allowance of R$1.000 for employees.

Vacancies in the competition

As mentioned, in total, there are 200 vacancies for specialists in the areas of technology, logistics and management, which are divided as follows, with 20% for black candidates and 5% for disabled people.

  • 45 vacancies for process management specialists (34 of which are open to competition, 9 for black candidates and 2 for candidates with disabilities);
  • 40 vacancies for software development specialists (30 of which are open to competition, 8 for black candidates and 2 for candidates with disabilities);
  • 35 vacancies for data science specialists (26 of which are highly competitive, 7 for black candidates and 2 for candidates with disabilities);
  • 30 vacancies for specialists in business process analysis (22 of which are open to competition, 6 for black candidates and 2 for candidates with disabilities);
  • 20 vacancies for information security and data protection specialists (15 of which are open to competition, 4 for black candidates and 1 for a candidate with a disability);
  • 15 vacancies for UX specialist – user experience (11 of which are highly competitive, 3 for black candidates and 1 for a candidate with a disability);
  • 15 vacancies for specialist in IT infrastructure – information technology (11 of which are open to competition, 3 for black candidates and 1 for a candidate with a disability).

Those approved will work 40 hours a week, and it is important to remember that some of the vacancies require the candidate to have a master's or doctorate degree and professional experience of at least five years.

How to register for the contest

People interested in the competition can register from this Thursday (02) until May 20, on the AOCP Institute website, responsible for the selection process.

Anyone who is registered in the Single Registry for Social Programs of the Federal Government (CadÚnico) or is a bone marrow donor can request an exemption from the registration fee, until May 06th, using a form on the race organizer's website.

Exam Content

In total, there will be 70 multiple choice questions on the test. Of these, five will be Portuguese, five will be logical reasoning, five will be administrative law, five will be management in the public sector, five will be digital government and 45 will be specific knowledge.

For project management specialist candidates, there will be a change, as they will answer ten questions on digital government, instead of five on digital government and five on management in the public sector.

When the test will be held

To date, there is still no confirmation on the day of the Ministry of Management competition exam. In any case, the notice provides that the exam will be administered on the afternoon of June 30th in all the country's capitals. Depending on the number of registrants, there is the possibility of taking the test in other cities.
