The R$ 300 million earmarked for factory of Joinville will be applied over the next four years, until 2028.
This period will be marked by a comprehensive transformation at the plant, which stands out in the production of cylinder heads, blocks and 1.0 and 2.0 engines for popular vehicles, such as the Onix, Onix Plus and Tracker.

A factory in Joinville was opened 11 years ago and, since then, has played a crucial role in the production of engines for popular vehicles.

It was the first unit in the automotive industry in South America to receive Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification in the Gold category.
