Azul, a leading company in the commercial aviation sector, is accepting applications for the second edition of its Best Mid-Level Apprentice vacancy program. With the aim of offering career development opportunities for young students in socially vulnerable situations, the program seeks talent to work in the company's administrative, airport and cargo areas.

The selection process for mid-level vacancies includes general and behavioral knowledge tests, followed by an in-person or online panel with managers and Azul's Social Impact team. Requirements and registration for mid-level vacancies in Azul’s young apprentice program

To participate in the offer of secondary-level vacancies, candidates must be between 16 and 22 years and 4 months old, be attending secondary school or have already completed it, and not have worked as an apprentice previously.
