50 vacancies in selection in various areas and attractive benefits
The recruitment and selection program offers 50 vacancies aimed at students in areas such as Engineering (Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Metallurgical, Mechatronics, Control and Automation, Environmental and Materials), Mechanical Projects, Mechanical Manufacturing, Metallurgy, Psychology , HR Management, Administration, Economics, Logistics, Foreign Trade, International Relations, Systems Technology, Systems Analysis and Data Science.
Internship vacancies will last for two years and those selected during recruitment will receive benefits such as assistance medical and dental care, life insurance, basic food basket, meals and transportation.

Selection process and selection of vacancies will be online and in partnership with Wall Jobs
The selection process and selection of vacancies will be carried out completely online, with the support of Wall Jobs, a recruitment platform specializing in young talent. Candidates will undergo digital assessments and interviews with CBA managers.
Those approved in recruitment will participate in an integration process with internal activities and are scheduled to start in March 2024. In addition, Development Workshops will be offered, aimed at learning and exchanging experiences about values, strategies and objectives from the company.
