New Military Colleges 2024 competition opens 405 vacancies in various regions of the country. Vacancies for Military Colleges are intended for candidates who will enter the 6th year of elementary school or 1st year of high school.

This Monday (29) registrations were opened for a new Army selection process focusing on admission to Military Colleges. The offer is 405 places, of which 355 are for the 6th year of primary school and 50 for the 1st year of secondary school. There will be a reserve of 5% of places for candidates with disabilities in the Military Colleges competition.

Requirements to apply for places at Military Colleges

As opportunities of the Military Colleges competition are for the units of Belém, Belo Horizonte, Brasília, Campo Grande, Curitiba, Fortaleza, Juiz de Fora, Manaus, Porto Alegre, Recife, Rio de Janeiro, Santa Maria, Salvador, São Paulo and Vila Militar/RJ . For those interested in Military Colleges vacancies in the 6th year of primary education, it is necessary to have completed or be attending, in 2024, the 5th year of primary education and be under 12 years old on March 31, 2025 and complete 10 years by March 31. March 2025.

To enter the 1st year of high school, the candidate must have completed or be attending the 2024th year of elementary school in 9 and be under 16 years old on March 31, 2025 and turn 14 by March 31, 2025.

Candidate registration can only be carried out at the Military College for which the candidate will undertake the selection process, online or in person.

O The deadline for enrolling in Military Colleges will be at 12pm on September 5, 2024. A participation fee of R$95 will be charged, which must be paid by the last day of registration. The fee exemption may be requested between July 30th and August 13th by the candidate's legal guardian, as long as they can prove their socioeconomic status.

What will the tests for the Military Colleges competition be like?

The selection process for Military College vacancies will consist of stages such as intellectual examination, medical and dental review, proof of candidates' biographical requirements.

The intellectual exam will consist of 40 multiple-choice questions, 20 of which are mathematics and 20 are Portuguese. The test will last 3h30 and will be administered on the scheduled date of October 20th, 2024 and the question book and answer key will be published on October 21st, starting at 12pm, on the Colégio Militar website.
