Caixa Econômica Federal (CEF), a financial institution of great relevance in Brazil, is about to open a new selective process for candidates of different training levels. Caixa Econômica Federal is a 100% public company that plays a fundamental role in urban development and social justice in the country. Prioritizes sectors such as housing, basic sanitation, infrastructure and service provision.

The Business-School Integration Center (CIEE) is a non-profit civil association that enables the comprehensive training of teenagers and young people, thus inserting them into the world of work through programs such as apprenticeships and internships.

What is Caixa's selection process?

Caixa's selection process is a chance for students and professionals to join one of the largest financial institutions in the country. With vacancies available for secondary, technical and higher levels, in this way, the selection covers several areas of knowledge.

Who can participate?

High school and technical students

  • Regular high school students, Youth and Adult Education (EJA) and administration technicians linked to high school can register.
  • There are also opportunities for students on technical courses in human resources, public services, finance, secretarial, accounting, commerce, marketing, logistics, insurance and sales technician.

College students

  • Vacancies for university students are in the areas of architecture and urban planning, law, political sciences, social sciences, pedagogy, psychology, social services and civil engineering.
  • Candidates must be pursuing the degrees mentioned at universities recognized by the Ministry of Education.

Benefits and requirements of being part of the Caixa team!

  • Benefits:
    • Scholarship:
    • Approved high school and technical school students will receive R$500 for a four-hour day (totaling 20 hours per week).
    • University students will be paid R$880 for four hours a day (20 hours a week, only where mandatory by Law/Decree) and R$1.100 for five hours a day (25 hours a week).
    • In addition, Caixa interns will receive transportation assistance worth R$130 per month.
  • Requirements:
    • University students can participate from the 3rd semester onwards in courses lasting 3, 4 or 5 years.
    • Students in high school or secondary technical professional education can apply from the 1st year onwards.

How to participate in Caixa’s selection process?

Therefore, to participate in Caixa's selection process, access the CIEE (Company-School Integration Center) website, responsible for selecting candidates. Registration will be open from May 14th, but will close on June 7th. Students of the Vira Vida Social Program must inform their participation at the time of registration and upload a supporting document.
