A new Chinese technology has brought to the world a robot dog equipped to fight fires and perform rescue operations.
A four-legged robot dog has been deployed for fire rescue operations in Changsha City, Hunan Province, China. This is the first time that a quadruped robot, developed in-house, is used by a local fire and rescue team.

Robot dog X30: resistance and agility
The X30 measures approximately 1 meter long, 50 centimeters high and weighs 56 kilograms. Designed to withstand extreme conditions, it can operate in both freezing temperatures and intense heat.

The X30 has already been tested in real missions. According to DEEP Robotics, it participated in the exercise “Emergency Mission 2024” in Zhejiang province.
