Job responsibilities
The selected professional will be responsible for several industrial maintenance activities, including:
Perform routine inspections to assess the operation of mechanical equipment and report possible irregularities.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring the proper functioning of the machines and minimizing operational failures.
Train and guide assistant mechanics and apprentices, transmitting technical knowledge and ensuring the correct execution of procedures.
Perform lubrication, adjustments and calibrations in mechanical and pneumatic equipment to extend the life of components.
Record information about repairs performed in the SAP system, keeping a detailed history of the interventions made.
Interpret drawings, diagrams and technical specifications, using manufacturers' manuals and catalogs to solve mechanical problems.
Suggest improvements to increase equipment performance and implement countermeasures to prevent recurring failures.
Keep your work environment organized, ensuring the conservation of tools and equipment.
Complete technical documentation accurately, ensuring clear and transparent records of the maintenance carried out.
Work as a team to optimize processes and ensure operational safety.
Job requirements
To compete for the position of Maintenance Mechanic I, the candidate must meet the following requirements:
Technical training in Mechanics;
Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings;
Knowledge in assembly and installation of machines, pneumatic and hydraulic systems;
Availability to work shifts and shifts;
Knowledge of industrial maintenance systems, preferably SAP;
Ability to diagnose problems and suggest effective solutions;
Basic knowledge of occupational safety applied to industrial maintenance.
