New competition for the City of Ventânia is open for applications. The selection process has dozens of vacancies in positions from basic to higher education level.
With the publication of the notice, applications are now open for participation in the new competition of the Municipal Government of Ventânia, a city with 9.682 inhabitants in the state of Paraná. The new selection process aims to fill 40 vacancies in the city government on an effective basis, in positions of the permanent staff of the municipal executive branch, with opportunities for professionals at elementary, middle, technical and higher education levels.

Those interested in the City Hall competition must be Brazilian-born, be at least 18 years old, have the physical and mental aptitude to perform the duties of the position upon confirmation of an admission medical examination, be up to date with military service, if male, meet the educational conditions and requirements of the position, be in full enjoyment of civil and political rights, among others.

How to register
Applications for the selection process for vacancies at the City Hall must be made on the website of the organizing body Instituto Omni until 23:59 pm on December 24, 2024. The application fee is R$120 for higher education positions and R$90 for elementary, secondary and technical education positions.
Those registered in the Single Registry, which grants exemption to participants with a family income of half the minimum wage per person or a total family income of up to 1 minimum wage, and bone marrow donors will be entitled to exemption from registration. According to the organizing company, the salaries for these careers range from R$1.474,13 to R$15.795,51.

Stages and tests
O selective process of vacancies at the City Hall will have three stages, which are:
- Objective written test of a classificatory and eliminatory nature for all;
- Practical test of a qualifying and eliminatory nature for the positions of Driver, Machine Operator and Tractor Driver;
- Qualification test of a qualifying nature.
The objective tests will be held on January 12, 2025 at times and locations to be announced on January 8 on the board's website. Candidates who obtain a score equal to or greater than 50 points will be considered qualified in the objective test.
To take advantage of those approved, the city government set the validity of the competition at 2 years after the approval of the final result, which can be extended for the same period and reach 4 years.
