In total, there are 01 vacancies in the city hall, 686 of which are immediate vacancies and 171 for the formation of a reserve list (CR). As a form of assessment, candidates interested in the immediate vacancies in the City Hall selection process will be subjected to a multiple-choice objective test. For some positions, there will also be a second phase, which will be a practical test for light machinery operators and heavy machinery operators, and a qualification test for teachers.
To run, it is also necessary to be Brazilian born or naturalized, to be at least 18 years old on the date of inauguration, to prove that electoral obligations have been fulfilled and, if male, to have completed military service, to be in full enjoyment of civil and political rights, among others.
Applications for vacancies at City Hall will be received between February 24 and March 28, 2025, exclusively online, through the website Consulting and Competitions Institute (ITAME), responsible for executing the selection process. The fees cost R$70 for elementary education, R$90 for high school and technical courses and R$120 for higher education.

All candidates applying for positions at the Iaciara City Hall will be assessed through an objective test, which is eliminatory and classificatory in nature. The program content will cover subjects that vary according to the desired position:
