Considered the best Honda SUV in the automotive industry: used Honda HR-V delivers great performance for less than R$80 thousand, being spacious, powerful and economical.
The second-generation Honda HR-V was launched in the domestic market in 2015 and was an immediate success for combining versatility, reliable mechanics and the Japanese brand's good reputation in a compact SUV body, becoming the Honda SUV that had the most positive impact on the automotive industry. Check out all the details of the used Honda HR-V in 2024!
Used Honda HR-V delivers 140 hp of power
There was no way the recipe developed by Honda wouldn't work in the automobile industry, considering that the modern and sporty look of the HR-V disguises very well the project developed from the Fit platform to optimize production costs and result in a car with generous internal dimensions, favored by the 437-liter trunk and the Magic Seat system, which allows the rear seat to be folded down in different positions to expand the cabin space.
The 1.8 flex naturally aspirated engine with 140 hp and 17,4 kgfm of torque that had last equipped the ninth-generation Civic, combined with the CVT automatic transmission that simulates seven gears, is common to all versions of Honda's SUV. The exception is the Honda HR-V LX, which was sold with the six-speed manual transmission for a few years.

In 2019, Honda's SUV began to be sold in the automotive industry with a 1.5 turbo gasoline engine with 173 horsepower and 22,4 kgfm in new top-of-the-line touring version to become more competitive in the face of new turbocharged competitors that were starting to arrive on the market. Due to the exhaust system, specific to the Honda HR-V engine, the trunk capacity has been reduced to 393 liters.
The performance of the used Honda HR-V is impressive these days
The Honda HR-V 1.8 flex goes from 0 to 100 km/h in around 11 seconds, while the average consumption declared by Inmetro is 7,1/10,5 km/l in the city and 8,5/12,1 km/l on the highway (ethanol/gasoline). HR-V Touring 1.5 turbo, in turn, needs 8,9 seconds to reach 100 km/h. The averages are 11 km/l in urban areas and 13 km/l on the highway.
The equipment list of the used Honda HR-V includes front airbags, stability and traction controls, electric steering and air conditioning, among other items, as standard, starting with the LX version, which featured a set of steel wheels with 17-inch hubcaps.
In the intermediate EX, the Honda SUV was enhanced with a radio system with touch screen, cruise control, leather-wrapped steering wheel, 17-inch alloy wheels. The side and curtain airbags, more leather seats, digital air conditioning, parking sensors and multimedia center with GPS were exclusive to the Honda SUV used in the EXL configuration.
What to look for when buying a used Honda HR-V?
Despite being a great Honda SUV in the automotive industry, like every car, it has some defects. Insistent noises and loud knocks are the problems that most bother Honda SUV owners. One of the complaints states that they can't even talk inside the SUV because of the noise.
Some Honda HR-V owners have had problems with their vehicle's suspension. One complainant reported seeking assistance with a noise from the underside of the car and was told that the suspension bushings would need to be replaced after just 30 km.
The use of multimedia is another target of complaints about the used Honda HR-V. There are reports of failures in music playback, lack of updates and connection problems with other devices. Some owners report frequent problems with their cars.
Where is this 78 thousand Honda HRV, in which country does it cost that much?
Hahaha I'm looking for it too
And used people they talk about used
Not even used lol
A new one costs 210 thousand, a used 2016 one costs no less than 85 thousand.
True!!! I bought mine last month for 92 thousand, year 2017, after searching a lot I found a touring for that price. The average I saw was 98 thousand EX
There is no such thing as a friend...only if it comes from an auction and look there...it has to be 2016.
I have a 2016 EXL with 104 km on the clock. I'll sell it easily for R$78 km.
Good morning! I also have one of these with 70.000 km, all serviced by the authorized dealer and stamped. I didn't think about selling it, but for that price it didn't leave my garage.
I also have a 2016 and I'm selling it for 78. If you're interested, call me! But to buy another one, lol, it's worth it.
I want it lol
Must be talking about 2015.
They make a misleading statement for you to read the article.
Misleading statement, it makes us believe that it is Zero Kilometer, so we can read his article; the worst thing is that it works lol, imagine when he really is a journalist.

There is no HRV with that price! I bought a zero 2020 EXL.. I am a disabled person and sold it at the Toyota dealership in exchange, they paid 96.000 in exchange.. in the table I made it worth 105.000, note well.. I paid 2020 reais in 93.000 with a disabled person discount and sold it in the condition that was for 96.000.00 and had 70.000 km.
I have an excellent 2020 car and I am very happy. Next year I will exchange it for a newer one.

Seriously, is this type of advertising allowed? Okay, so according to the CDC I want to buy for less than R$78. Be responsible for making delivery available!
Apparently, these problems mentioned are not only related to the Honda HRV. I had a WRV and it had the same problems and with much less than 30 thousand km driven.
I have a WRV and I'm also having this problem with noise in the suspension even with all the maintenance up to date, but it's still an excellent car.
From what I know, the motorcycle, gearbox and suspension are Honda Civics, which have a very soft suspension.
