This course was designed to offer comprehensive and updated content, with a workload of 60 hours, divided into three thematic units.

- Unit I: origin and history of neuropedagogy
In this first unit, the course addresses the history of neuropedagogy, covering topics such as Neurosciences, the work of neuroscientists and the main research and discoveries.
Furthermore, it discusses the origin of the concept of neuropedagogy and explores why this area has gained so much prominence in recent years.
The battle between concepts and the current situation in neuropedagogy are also covered, offering a complete overview of the subject.
- Unit II: our brain today
The second unit is dedicated to an in-depth study of the human brain. Students will explore how the brain works as a connection system, focusing on corpus callosum it is us two hemispheres.
Fundamental elements such as neurons, synapses, neurotransmitters and glial cells will also be covered, in addition to important structures such as amygdala, cerebellum, cortex, hippocampus, hypothalamus and thalamus.
The unit also focuses on the physical demands of the brain, such as the importance of movement, oxygen and nutrition, as well as key concepts such as plasticity, connectivity and potentiality.
