Federal Institute opens registration for its free subsequent technical courses, offering vacancies in several areas with high employability.

In recent years, technical education in Brazil has stood out as one of the fundamental pillars for professional qualification and increased competitiveness in the job market.

However, the opportunity that will be presented now could change the trajectory of those seeking to specialize in high-demand areas.

O Federal Institute of Bahia (IFBA), one of the most respected educational institutions in the country, has opened new vacancies for its free technical courses in 2025, and the selection process will surprise many people. If you've already completed high school, you may be about to take a decisive step towards your future.

Training opportunities: free and highly employable courses

As announced by the Federal Institute of Bahia, registration for technical courses following high school is now open.

The offer is aimed at candidates seeking qualified and fast technical training, allowing them to enter the job market with the necessary skills.

These courses last an average of 1,5 to 2 years and are distributed across several areas that reflect the current demands of strategic sectors in Brazil.

The big news is the selection system, which will be done by electronic draw, making it easier for students to enter. Registration began on September 17, 2024 and would run until October 4, but was extended until the 18th.

Diversity of courses and vacancies spread throughout the state

The list of courses offered by IFBA ranges from Electromechanics to Occupational Safety, including areas such as IT and Mining.

According to the notice, there are more than 1.000 vacancies distributed across 13 campuses in the state of Bahia. The vacancies are divided between the first and second semesters of 2025, allowing greater flexibility for candidates to choose the best date to begin their studies.

All courses are recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC): and have high employability, which guarantees graduates a great competitive advantage in the job market.

A training with high demand in the job market

IFBA's subsequent technical courses are recognized for their quality and positive impact on the insertion of their graduates into the job market.

According to the MEC, most of the courses offered have a high employability rate, with emphasis on areas such as Electromechanics, IT and Occupational Safety.

Technical training is an excellent alternative for those who want to enter the market quickly, without having to complete a traditional four or five-year degree.

How to apply and selection criteria

Registration for the 2025 Selection Process has been open since September 17 and will run until October 18, 2024. Unlike previous years, it will not be necessary to take tests or go through a rigorous selection process.

According to the Federal Institute of Bahia, the selection will be carried out through an Electronic Draw.

This makes it easier for many candidates to enter, as it eliminates the pressure of exams and guarantees a more democratic opportunity for everyone.

To participate, interested parties must register exclusively through online system available on the IFBA website.

Deadline is approaching – Don’t miss this opportunity!

Those who wish to specialize and ensure quality training should pay attention to the registration deadline, which is October 18, 2024.

After this period, registered candidates will participate in the electronic draw that will determine future IFBA students.

Don't miss this opportunity and take advantage of the opportunity to qualify in one of the areas with the highest employability in the Brazilian job market. For more information, visit the Institute's website and read the full notice.

I would like to know about a course that I don't remember enrolling in for a computer technician in 2014 that I didn't attend and it's still ongoing to this day. I was attending a logistics technician course that started on September 9th and the lady responsible for enrolling and sending the documents couldn't close my enrollment by the end of the month because of this 2014 course that's still ongoing and unfortunately I had to stop attending the course. I've tried to resolve it by contacting IFMG in the city of Congonhas, which would be the body responsible for the courses that are offered here in the city of Moeda where I live, but I couldn't resolve anything. They didn't tell me why I couldn't close my enrollment. I still don't know why. I would like to be able to resolve this situation because I was quite frustrated and disappointed with it.
