IFSP offers 7 places on technical courses in 39 cities

IFSP, renowned for its excellence in technical education, opened Notice 88/2024 with 7 thousand vacancies for secondary level technical courses, which will be offered in 2025.

Registration is now open and will run until September 6. According to the notice, the vacancies are distributed across 39 cities, covering areas such as technology, health, education, environment and much more.

Technical courses: a passport to the future

IFSP technical courses are recognized for preparing students in a practical and efficient way for the job market. They offer training focused on practical skills in different areas, contributing to regional development and professional qualification.

With durations ranging from 1 to 3 years, these courses are designed to provide students with the skills necessary to face an increasingly demanding job market.

Distribution of vacancies and course options

The 7 vacancies are distributed among integrated, concurrent and subsequent technical courses, offering flexibility for different student profiles. Among the options, the following stand out:

  • Administration Technician: Available in several cities, such as Birigui, Boituva, Jacareí, and Sorocaba, with 40 vacancies in each.
  • Computer Technician: With vacancies in cities such as Campinas, Bauru, Itapetininga, São José do Rio Preto, among others.
  • Industrial Automation Technician: Offered in locations such as Birigui, Cubatão, Guarulhos, and São Paulo.

In addition to these, there are courses aimed at specific areas such as Agroindustry Technician, Electromechanical Technician, Automotive Maintenance Technician, and many others. This variety allows candidates to choose the area that best aligns with their interests and career goals.

Available teaching modalities

IFSP offers three types of technical courses:

  1. Integrated into High School: Where students attend high school together with a technical course, ideal for those who have not yet completed elementary school.
  2. Concomitant to High School: For those who are in the 2nd or 3rd year of high school at another institution, allowing them to take the technical course simultaneously.
  3. Subsequent to High School: Intended for those who have already completed high school and are looking for specific technical training.

How to Apply

Registration for IFSP technical courses occur exclusively by official website of the selection process, until September 8, 2024.

The registration fee is R$50, with payment accepted until September 9th. Candidates will be selected through an objective test, scheduled for October 20th, 2024.
