How does an administrative assistant work at Senai?
With a total of 160 hours, the course is divided between 32 hours of live and online classes, carried out via Microsoft Teams, and 128 hours of content in EaD (Distance Education) format, self-instructional.
The schedule includes weekly meetings on Tuesdays, from 8 am to 12 pm, with the exception of the Dois Vizinhos unit, where classes will be in person, on Tuesdays, from 18:30 pm to 22:30 pm.
The inaugural class is scheduled for September 24, 2024, and the course runs until December, with the last activities scheduled for December 3.
Who can participate
To register, you must be at least 14 years old, complete primary education (from 1st to 5th year), internet access and availability to participate in synchronous meetings.
This is a valuable opportunity, especially for those who face difficulties entering or remaining in the job market.
Classes cover fundamental topics for the role of administrative assistant, such as document organization and control, administrative routines, IT fundamentals, oral and written communication, marketing, human resources and accounting.

In total, 175 vacancies are being offered, distributed among Senai units in Ponta Grossa, Pinhais, Foz do Iguaçu, Dois Vizinhos, Londrina, Cianorte and Campus da Indústria, in Curitiba.
Each unit has 25 places, but, due to the online format, candidates from across the state who meet the eligibility criteria can register, further expanding the scope of the course.
