Senac and MTur launch new batch of free courses to train tourism professionals in 14 states; registration open until November 11

In a major partnership, the National Commercial Training Service (Senac) and the Ministry of Tourism (MTur) are offering 804 free courses aimed at professional qualification for the tourism sector. The initiative aims to train people to work in different roles in the tourism chain, meeting the growing demand for qualified professionals and improving the quality of service in tourist destinations throughout the country.

The cooperation, established in 2023, has a clear purpose: increase employability, income and strengthen tourism in Brazil. The free courses cover a wide variety of areas, focusing on practical skills and technical knowledge that really make a difference in the market. José Roberto Tadros, president of the CNC-Sesc-Senac System, highlights that this free training offer reflects a commitment to social inclusion and the development of Brazilian tourism, promoting opportunities for people seeking quality training at no cost.

The program, which offers free courses with a workload ranging from 20 to 240 hours, is available in 14 states, including Bahia, Ceará, São Paulo and Santa Catarina.
