The ceremonies marked the awarding of certificates for courses in Industrial Automation, Electronics, Internet Computing, Digital Game Programming, Computer Networks and the Internet of Things.

For the student Caio Breno de Paiva, a Computer Networks graduate and server at UFRN, the IT courses offered by IMD were fundamental for his professional development. Breno highlights that this was his second technical course at the institution, which contributes to the shortage of professionals in the IT sector.

He has been familiar with the methodology since 2014 and has always admired the quality of the teaching material, which is very complete. In addition, the training gave him the fundamental support to work in the computer networks sector, in which he works today.

There is no point in training professionals and paying low salaries. The shortage is not due to a lack of good professionals but rather a lack of companies paying good salaries. So these professionals will earn in dollars or euros.

These people don't understand this. They want cheap labor. Brazil has become an exporter of developers.

Don't fall for it. They want to pay a minimum wage to those who graduate in the field. It's bullshit. This kind of news is to fool the fools. To saturate the sector and make labor even cheaper. Because those who have worked in the field are leaving... Personal experience. 20 years in the field.
