Elon Musk is a name that resonates in practically all spheres of technology and innovation. In addition to being the visionary behind Tesla and SpaceX, he is also the father of 12 children, each with a unique story.

Recently, Elon Musk confirmed the birth of his 12th child, adding another heir to his extensive family legacy. Let's explore the billionaire's fascinating family tree and impressive achievements.

Elon Musk announced to the website Page Six welcomed their 12th child last Sunday (23), although details such as name and gender have not yet been revealed.

The only information available is that the child was born in early 2024 and is Musk's third child with Shivon Zills, an executive at Neuralink. According to Musk, the birth was not kept secret as friends and family were aware.

Elon Musk's Children

Nevada Alexander: Elon Musk's first child, Nevada Alexander, was born in 2002. Tragically, Nevada passed away at just 10 weeks old due to sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS). He was Musk's son with Justine Wilson, a Canadian writer.

Griffin and Vivian: After the loss of Nevada, Musk and Wilson turned to in vitro fertilization, which resulted in the birth of twins Griffin and Vivian in April 2004. Today, at age 20, Griffin and Vivian live with their mother. Vivian, at the beginning of 2024, requested a legal change of gender and name, deciding to no longer use her father's surname.

Kai, Saxon and Damian Musk: In 2006, Justine Wilson gave birth to triplets Kai, Saxon and Damian Musk. Now 18, they occasionally appear alongside their father at public events.

X (Æ A-XII): Musk's first child with singer Grimes, whose name is X (Æ A-XII), was born in May 2020. Initially, the child's name was Æ A-XII, but it was changed to X due to California laws that did not allow numbers in names.

Exa Dark Sideræl Musk: Known as Y, Exa was born in May 2022. The child's identity was kept confidential until March 2023, when Grimes shared a photo of her daughter on social media.

Techno Mechanicu (Tau): Musk and Grimes' third child is Techno Mechanicu, nicknamed Tau. Details about Tau's date of birth have not been revealed.

Strider and Azure Musk: In 2021, the twins Strider and Azure Musk were born. They are Musk's children with Shivon Zills, as well as the newborn in 2024. Shivon Zills' presence in Musk's life brought three more children into the world.

Elon Musk's Fortune and Companies

In addition to being the father of 12 children, Elon Musk is one of the richest men in the world, with a fortune estimated at more than US $ 200 billion according to Forbes magazine.

Its wealth is driven mainly by the shares of Tesla, where he serves as CEO and largest shareholder. The electric vehicle company has revolutionized the automotive industry and continues to lead the market with constant innovations.

SpaceX, another jewel of Musk's empire, is on a mission to reduce the costs of space travel and make the colonization of Mars a reality. SpaceX has made history with its reusable rockets and multimillion-dollar contracts with NASA and other entities.

Neuralink, the company co-founded by Musk and where Shivon Zills serves as an executive, is developing brain-computer interfaces that aim to help people with neurological injuries recover lost functions and eventually increase human capabilities.

Another notable undertaking is the The Boring Company, which seeks to solve urban traffic problems through the construction of underground tunnels. And we can't forget the SolarCity, acquired by Tesla, which promotes solar energy and energy storage solutions.

But now, a question for you, reader. Do you believe that Elon Musk's children will continue their father's legacy when they actually become heirs to the entire empire he built?
