The Innovation Agency for Sustainable Rural Development of Goiás (Emater-GO) announced the opening of a new selective process to fill 25 vacancies in various roles. The objective is to hire professionals at technical and higher levels to work in the organization for a fixed term, with the possibility of extension. The application fee varies depending on the position desired. For the position of Agricultural Technician, the fee is R$15,00. For the positions of Junior Veterinarian and Zootechnician, the fee is R$50,00. For the positions of Engineer, the fee is R$70,00.

Remuneration and benefits offered in the selection process
The salaries offered range from R$2.615,50 to R$9.000,00, depending on the role and the candidate's level of experience.
In addition to salary, contracted will receive a food voucher worth R$500,00. The work schedule is 40 hours per week for the roles of Agricultural Technician, Junior Veterinarian and Zootechnician.
The contracts will have an initial duration of up to three years, with the possibility of extension for a further two years, totaling a maximum period of five years.
Stages of the Emater selection process
O selective process will consist of two main stages:
- Curriculum Analysis: This stage is qualifying and eliminatory, where candidates will be evaluated based on their resumes. Criteria such as complementary courses, academic training and professional experience will be scored.
- Interview: Also qualifying and eliminatory, the interview will assess the acquired knowledge and professional experience of candidates in relation to the duties of the position for which they are applying.
The selection process will be valid for two years from the date of approval of the result published in the Official Gazette of the State of Goiás. The validity may be extended for the same period, if necessary.
