Vacancies and courses offered
IFSULDEMINAS offers courses in several areas, from engineering and biological sciences to fashion and pedagogy, on its eight campuses spread across Minas Gerais.
There are options for all tastes and needs, with courses ranging from technical education integrated with high school to high-demand degrees.
Among the in-person courses, you will find options such as Agronomic Engineering, biological Sciences, Business Administration e Zootechnics, with vacancies distributed in cities such as Carmo de Minas, Inconfidentes, Machado, Muzambinho, Passos, Pocos de Caldas, Pouso Alegre and Three Hearts.
Who are you looking for? distance learning (EaD) modalities, there are also great opportunities, such as degrees in Pedagogy and Literature-Portuguese, with hubs in cities such as Machado, Muzambinho and even Bragança Paulista (SP).
Registration: don't miss the deadlines
The registration period has already started, going from September 16st to November 14th. During this period, you must access the IFSULDEMINAS website to guarantee your participation.
For higher education courses, there is a registration fee of R$40,00, while for technical courses, the fee is reduced to R$20,00.
Some subsequent courses, such as Nursing Technician, require payment of this fee, while others are free.
After completing the registration, you must print and pay the Union Collection Guide (GRU) until the day 18 November, at bank branches or lottery outlets. Don't leave it until the last minute!
Affirmative action: inclusion and diversity
IFSULDEMINAS also invests in affirmative actions to guarantee access for students from public schools, people with disabilities and candidates who self-declare as black or brown.
Half of the vacancies are reserved for those who studied in public schools, and 5% of vacancies of broad competition are intended for PcD candidates (people with disabilities).
It is essential that candidates prepare for prove income, education and, in the case of PcD vacancies, medical reports.
In addition, there will be an interview with the Heteroidentification Commission for black or brown candidates.
How will the selection be made at IFSULDEMINAS?
The selection process varies according to the course. For technical courses integrated into secondary education and subsequent courses in Nursing, selection will be by in-person test, with 50 questions of Portuguese and Mathematics on December 08, 2024. For other subsequent and concurrent courses, the selection will be made by raffle.
For higher education courses, candidates can choose to take the in-person test or use the Enem score (valid for editions from 2016 to 2023). It is worth remembering that the vacancies for Info will be offered in a specific notice. Click for more information!
Need a fee waiver?
Low-income applicants may apply for an application fee waiver. To do this, you must have a per capita family income equal to or less than a minimum wage and have completed elementary or secondary education entirely in a public school (or with a full scholarship in a private school).
To request exemption, the candidate must fill out the specific form on the IFSULDEMINAS website.
