The objective is to redefine and revolutionize the model that once consolidated the automaker's reputation. The expectation is of a positive reception from the public, given Fiat's success story, which over the years has stood out both for the development of new models and the strategic discontinuation of others. These decisions are part of the renowned Italian company's sales tactics.

Now, with a focus on touching the hearts of classic lovers, Fiat's popular car will return with a unique design. This is the Fiat Topolino, a compact car that is completely modernized. The objective is for it to be launched on the market at the beginning of next year and should cost around R$40, according to media data.
It is worth mentioning that Fiat's popular car was developed to carry just two people and has an internal trunk. Additionally, there are electric versions of the Topolino, which cost around R$53. The models are inspired by the classics of the 1950s and 1960s.

Fiat's popular car had around 1 orders, however, it may not arrive in Brazil, since its small design doesn't attract as much attention here. For now, the automaker has not mentioned specific data, although it is expected that nothing will change from the base in terms of chassis and mechanics already seen in the Citroen AMI and in the e-Rocks, with an 8 horsepower electric motor and a 5,5 kWh battery with which it could reach a maximum speed of 45 km/h and an electric range of 75 km.
Furthermore, Fiat's popular car comes with a domestic socket on the door for charging and measures 2,41 meters, making it ideal for parking anywhere.

The Topolino was one of the smallest cars in the world at the time of its production. Launched in 1937, three models were produced until 1955, all with only minor mechanical and cosmetic changes. It was equipped with a four cylinder, with valves on the side of the block, with water cooled engine mounted in front of the 569 cc front axle and so it was a full-scale car rather than a Cyclecar.
With a power output of around 13 horsepower, the model's top speed was approximately 85 km/h, and it could achieve around 39,2 miles per US gallon.
Another Fiat launch promises to shake the market
In addition to the Fiat Topolino, Fiat promises to shake up the market with another vehicle. The automaker announced a launch that promises to shake up its competitors, such as Volkswagen and Chevrolet. The launch, scheduled for August, involves one of Fiat's most successful models, the Street, which is in a fierce fight with other favorites in the sector, such as the Saveiro from Volks or the Montana from Chevrolet.
With T200 engine, the 1.0 turbo, 3 cylinders, with direct injection and MultiAir valve system. There are 125 horsepower with gasoline and 130 horsepower with ethanol, with a torque of 21,4 kgfm from 1.750 rpm. It is the same engine that is already in the Pulse and Fastback, however, with a different response setting for the Strada, despite the same power and torque figures. The transmission is automatic CVT, with 7-speed simulation.
