New public competition from the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (Fiocruz) offers 300 vacancies for higher education candidates with salaries that can reach R$12 thousand + great benefits.
The Fiocruz competition had three notices published in Official Gazette on Tuesday (12). In total, the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation has a new public competition with 300 vacancies in higher-level positions. Monthly salaries can reach R$12, and the hiring regime is statutory, with stability.
List of open positions in the Fiocruz public competition
The vacancies are for the positions of public health technologist (100), health management analyst (100) and public health researcher (100).
For all positions the remuneration is R$ 7.879,59, including salary of R$ 5.735,29, GDACTSP (80 points) of R$ 1.486,40 and food allowance of R$ 658. In addition to salaries, those who are approved in the competition public of the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation will have access to the additional degree, if they have specialization. The values:

For all positions, higher-level training in the intended area of activity is required. Registration for the Fiocruz public competition must be made between January 22nd and March 5th of next year. All registrations must be made on the Fiocruz website.

Registration fees are R$150 for the technologist and analyst positions and R$200 for the researcher position. Those candidates registered with CadÚnico or bone marrow donors will be able to request exemption from the registration fee between January 22nd and 24th, 2024.
Find out what the Fiocruz public competition tests will be like
The Fiocruz competition notice will feature objective and discursive tests, in addition to title analysis, class test, practical assessment and presentation of the professional performance project and memorial defense.
The objective and discursive tests are scheduled to be applied on April 28, 2024 in the cities of Belo Horizonte, Campo Grande, Brasília, Curitiba, Fortaleza, Manaus, Recife, Porto Velho, Rio de Janeiro, Salvador and Teresina, starting at 9 am, Brasília time.
Candidates for the position of researcher will not take objective tests. These will consist of 40 multiple-choice questions, with five alternatives and one correct option being presented.
The discursive tests will include a discursive question about the area of activity, for the positions of analyst and technologist, and two questions, for the position of researcher. The qualification analysis stage will score the candidates' professional experience, technical production and academic training.
Those registered for the position of technologist will also be evaluated through class tests or practical tests, depending on the desired area of activity. Candidates for researcher positions will be evaluated through the presentation of the professional performance project and the defense of a memorial.
