New selection process full of vacancies at GM: General Motors offers job vacancies for candidates from elementary to higher education levels at the end of November — be sure to check it out!

General Motors – GM, the largest US-based car manufacturer and one of the largest automotive industries in the world, is offering a new selection process with several job openings. The vacancies at GM cover various levels of education, from elementary to higher education. Who can participate in the selection process at General Motors?

GM's job openings are currently being processed in cities in the states of São Paulo, Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina. The job openings include:

Maintenance technician

Technical training in Mechatronics, Electronics or Electrical Engineering is required, full time availability to work in shifts, weekends and holidays, when necessary, availability to work in person in Gravataí. Knowledge of conveyors, air conditioning units and painting robots, PLC and supervisory programming, among others, is also desirable.

Kitchen helper

Completed elementary education, availability to work shifts, availability to work at the Joinville plant and basic knowledge of kitchen processes are required. Completed high school education and National Driver's License category B are desirable.

Maintenance electrician

Technical education in electricity, electronics (complete with certificate) required, having been trained and having knowledge in TFE and working at height, knowledge and interpretation of dimensional reports, knowledge and application of OLT, participation in continuous improvement processes, disciplined and organized to comply with agendas and schedules, availability to work in person 7 days a week.

Propulsion Engineer

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering, English, advanced experience in engine calibration, solid knowledge of GT Power and Matlab, experience in vehicle validation processes, understanding of engineering theory and combustion principles and a high level of analytical ability where problems are complex and difficult to solve are required.
