The project has a partnership with Senai in the state of Minas Gerais, in addition to IEL. The idea is to train 4 groups of up to 25 people with disabilities. To participate in the Gerdau program, you must be at least 18 years old. In addition, it is necessary to have completed high school and live in the municipality of Ouro Preto.
