Don't be fooled by salaries...look at the total cost of housing. Living in Germany is very expensive, rent and energy are very expensive. Do the math on the total (income - expenses).

Everything is really very expensive. And working as a camel just to pay the bills and at the end of the month there is no money to buy food lol
