Google and Microsoft Launch Free Courses for Job Search and Digital Skills on Blockchain
Launched this Wednesday (4), the “Eu Capacito” program of the Movimento Brasil Digital will offer two courses related to blockchain technology by Google and Microsoft, according to the technological training schedule.

About free courses from Google and Microsoft
The event is aimed at the public at the beginning of their career. In addition to lectures and training, the fair will have more than 8 internship and learning opportunities. Together with CIEE, the goal of Google and Microsoft is to train 100 young people by the end of the year. The free courses will be available on the Ateliê Digital platform, which is part of the Grow with Google initiative.

Although the launch is at the event, the free courses are open to anyone. All are online, free and classes can be held anytime and anywhere. To sign up, all you need is an email, and it doesn't even have to be a Google address. In total, there will be 11 courses divided into two modules.
Free blockchain course
The “Eu Capacito” training program has two courses from Google and Microsoft in which blockchain technology is mentioned. In “Blockchain Advanced”, candidates can learn more in-depth concepts such as “blockchain” and “consensus algorithm”.
On the other hand, there is a more comprehensive course that should also cover blockchain technology. Called “Emerging Technological Solutions”, the training course will also address “IoT, Artificial Intelligence, Realities and Parallels”.
In this case, the duration of the course will be only 40 hours. According to the schedule of the “Emerging Technological Solutions” course, some different topics will be addressed:

- Innovation Technology;
- Creativity;
- Economics;
- Innovation;
- Virtual reality;
- Augmented Reality;
- Holographic;
- Design Sprint;
- Innovation;
- smart cities.
To access lessons from free Google and Microsoft courses, they will be on the I empower. In the online courses tab, there is a filter by course provider and these opportunities will be listed as “Blockchain”.
