Governor Fátima Bezerra met with representatives of Brava Energia to discuss the increase in investments in Rio Grande do Norte. The company emerged from the merger between 3R Petroleum and Enauta Energia, and aims to increase its contribution to the state, prioritizing the expansion of its operations. During the meeting held on Tuesday (29), CEO Décio Oddone, onshore operations director Jorge Boeri, and the person responsible for environmental licensing were present. The initiative seeks to strengthen infrastructure and foster regional development, with a focus on social and economic projects.
Brava Energia is stepping up its investments in infrastructure, as well as in other strategic sectors in Rio Grande do Norte. Governor Fátima Bezerra highlighted Brava’s fundamental role in the local economy, in creating jobs and increasing income. She mentioned that public agencies, such as Idema, have a crucial responsibility in licensing of the company's operations, and this process should be expanded in the coming months. Brava CEO Decio Oddone revealed the oil company's plans to intensify its investments in Rio Grande do Norte, drilling new wells and increasing both the oil and gas production as much as production volume regional economic.

Increase in Resources and Funds Applied
'Rio Grande do Norte is the state where we concentrate the largest volume of our production in the Northeast', emphasized Oddone, 'our goal is to identify mechanisms for investments that allow Brava to increase its investments, expanding production in order to increase jobs, income and revenue for the state and municipalities.' Fátima Bezerra also explained that she is working to expand the staff of Idema, which is responsible for licensing, by holding public examinations. Jonielson Oliveira, technical director of Idema, commented that the agency is adopting measures to speed up processes, operating even on weekends, to enable the expansion of Brava's operations in the state.
Infrastructure and Regional Development

A successful example was the collaboration with 3R Petroleum, which resulted in the reconstruction of 12 kilometers of the RN-401.
