Requirements for participation
To enroll in Atlas Schindler's free technical course, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration;
- Complete high school;
- Aptitude in the areas of electrical and mechanical, proven by an ongoing or completed course in these areas.
Selective Process
The selection process consists of two stages:
- First phase (July): Behavioral test, technical test and document collection.
- Second phase (August): Panels and dynamics held in locations where the company is present.
