Experience in People Management in Railway Maintenance is a plus, as is experience in maintaining railway equipment, such as locomotives and wagons.
Solid knowledge of locomotive diagrams, hydraulic diagrams, alignment, CCBII pneumatic brake system and maintenance indicators are also considered differentials.
