But where is the text, or whatever, that contains the company’s “organizational culture”? If you’re looking for alignment, you should disclose it, right?
And why does it list the perks, but not mention the value of the vacancy, which is the main thing? You spent money to make this post and have the perks, but the main thing leaves something to be desired? Where does that make sense? oO
Just to add, the most useless thing nowadays is this 100% “health plan”. The plan can be canceled unilaterally by the operator. In other words, if it is a person who really needs the plan, they will not have it.
