Registration for the Federal Institute's free specialization courses is open until November 11, with 500 places available.
Last Thursday, (10/10), the Federal Institute of Goiás (IFG) announced the opening of registrations to fill 500 vacancies in three courses free postgraduate courses. The courses offered are: Literacy and Literacy, Management in Professional and Technological Education e Distance Education in Professional and Technological Education (EPT). Registration for these free courses can be completed until November 11, and all specialization courses will be offered online, in partnership with the Open University of Brazil (UAB) and the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES).

The programme of Literacy and Literacy focuses on the development of pedagogical practices aimed at literacy in the initial years of Basic Education.

This specialization course is aimed at graduates in Pedagogy or Literature who work as teachers in this area.
The programme of Management in Professional and Technological Education It is aimed at graduates from any field who wish to deepen their knowledge in educational management, especially in administrative functions at EPT.
This course aims to discuss the specificities and challenges of this teaching modality, contributing to training in educational management.
Already Distance Education at EPT offers continuing education to graduates in various areas, addressing strategies and concepts related to Distance Education.
This specialization course is aimed at professionals who work or wish to work in EPT, providing knowledge relevant to the current context of education.
Vacancies available in courses at the Federal Institute
The Federal Institute made a total of 500 places available for the course de Literacy and Literacy, distributed among different hubs: Goiânia, Formosa, Cavalcante, Santo Antônio do Descoberto and Senador Canedo. Each hub will have 100 places.
For the courses of Management in Professional and Technological Education e Distance Education, 200 places are offered for each course, also divided between the centers of Goiânia, Senador Canedo, Luziânia and Jataí.
If there are not enough candidates at any location, the Selection Committee may call on students from other locations to fill the available vacancies.
How do I sign up for free courses at the Federal Institute?
Those interested in signing up for courses specialization must access the IFG website, in the section of ongoing selections for Distance Education (EaD), at the address www.ifg.edu.br/estudenoifg.
It is important that candidates complete the application form and upload the required documentation. Registration is the first step to securing a place in the free courses offered by the Federal Institute.
The Federal Institute's selection process will be carried out through curriculum analysis and proof of experience, with criteria such as proof of undergraduate course and length of teaching experience.
Each candidate may only make one application and must provide their details correctly for the specialization courses.
