Honda registers an economical model in Brazil and generates expectations in the market. Discover the details of the SP 160!

Honda, absolute leader in the motorcycle segment, has just shaken up the Brazilian market! The manufacturer recently registered at the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) Honda SP160, a model already popular in India. But… will it really hit the streets of Brazil?

What does the Honda SP 160 offer?

Launched in India by approximately R$ 7,2 thousand, the SP 160 draws attention for its excellent value for money and modern design, being considered the “sister” of the CG 160. Check out the main highlights:

162,71 cc single cylinder engine
13,4 hp of power and 14,85 Nm of torque
5-speed gearbox for greater agility in urban traffic
ABS brakes on the front wheel and LED lights
LCD digital panel and monoshock rear suspension

And the most incredible thing: consumption of up to 45 km/l, making it an excellent option for those looking to save money!

Will it be released in Brazil? Here's what we know!

Despite the registration of SP 160 at INPI, the Honda do Brasil has not yet officially confirmed the launch of the model here. The CG 160 continues to reign as one of the best-selling in the country, and the company may just be protecting its design and technology against competitors.

💬 Honda itself has not commented on the arrival of the SP 160 on the national market. Therefore:
