Impressive project carried out by China aims to combat the housing crisis in South Africa

In an impressive feat, China managed to build 20 houses in South Africa in just 72 hours. This gigantic development is part of a large-scale urban project known as John Dub New City, with an investment of 300 million dollars. The initiative, in addition to build houses for 100 thousand people, highlights China's planning and execution capabilities and reinforces cooperation between the two continents, according to the video on the Ellite Global channel.

The John Dub New City project is the largest of its kind ever undertaken in South Africa. Covering hundreds of hectares, the construction was financed by a Chinese loan and executed by a Chinese company specializing in infrastructure. The success of the project not only surprised the local population, but also drew global attention due to the speed and efficiency of construction.

Why did China invest in building houses in South Africa?

South Africa, with a population of approximately 60 million people, is the second largest economy in Africa. Despite its relatively high economic status, the country faces major social challenges, including significant income inequality. Recent statistics show that although 3 million homes have been built in recent years, around 14% of the population is still homeless.

Additionally, we bring it is expected that in the coming months, around 100 thousand people move to Johannesburg, further exacerbating the housing crisis. Rapid urbanization and a shortage of affordable housing are serious problems that require innovative solutions.

The Solution: 3D printed houses

One of the strategies suggested to solve the housing crisis was the construction of 3D printed houses. Despite being built quickly, these homes are generally too expensive for most South Africans. Recognizing this limitation, China often becomes involved in housing projects in Africa, providing not only financing but also technical expertise.

Building houses in 72 hours was possible thanks to the use of advanced technologies and efficient construction methods. Parts of the houses, such as walls, floors and roofs, were manufactured off-site in a controlled environment and then transported to the construction site for assembly. This approach significantly reduces construction time and costs.

Some parts of the project were made with 3D printing technology, which allows you to quickly and accurately create building components. Additionally, sliding and automated formwork systems have been used to speed up the construction of vertical structures such as walls and columns.

Project benefits

The project not only fprovided the construction of houses for thousands of families, but it also generated job opportunities and boosted the local economy. The collaboration between Chinese construction companies and regional organizations demonstrates China's commitment to helping the development of African countries and promoting closer ties.

The use of components of prefabricated construction and the incorporation of automation and robotics were essential to the success of the project. Specialized robots helped with the laying of bricks, concrete pouring and materials management, saving time and reducing the need for intensive manual work.

Despite technological advances, executing a project of this magnitude requires meticulous planning and coordination. Teams of experts and skilled workers were employed to ensure each phase of construction was completed efficiently. Effective supply chain management was also crucial to avoid delays and ensure all materials arrived at the right time.

In the late 90s, Jehovah's Witnesses were already building their churches in 3 to 5 days from the ground up. There are other forms of construction besides wood or bricks and concrete.

The Chinese enslaved the South Africans forever. They didn't create jobs for the people to work, the machines did everything, but soon it will turn into a slum. Because they are eyeing the **** resources and neither the people nor the government will be able to pay the debt. The corrupt rulers also live in their luxurious fiefdoms...in another social caste. The poor, corrupt, ideal-less countries are passed from hand to hand. And in Brazil, the guys believe in Santa Claus...bringing little presents to the little children.

Friend, your top leader is nothing more than a ****, ****, coward and ****.
You on the far right share this same lack of ethics and morals.
They are pissed off because they banned domestic slave labor and are better sharing the wealth of this country (I'm not talking about the PT, but about others who came before them too).
I remember well the tantrum they threw when they saw humble people traveling by plane.
Do you remember the teacher who made a degrading comment about a man sitting at the airport in shorts and a t-shirt, and who ended up being a public prosecutor?
This far right is nothing more than **** disguised as good citizens.
They had to arrest everyone and send them to a gulag in Siberia.

China has other interests in Africa, as we have great biodiversity and great wealth there, such as; Diamonds and Gold: South Africa, Botswana and Congo are large producers.
Oil: Nigeria and Angola are important exporters.
Copper: Zambia and the Democratic Republic of Congo have large reserves.
Coltan and Cobalt: Essential for the electronics industry, with large deposits in Congo.
phosphates.
China doesn't actually help anyone, there is only interest.

Nobody helps anyone, it's all self-interest, but the difference between China and the US/Europe is that in exchange for self-interest, it invests in the place, unlike the others who only invest in coups d'รฉtat or pure and simple colonial wars to get what they want.

China always surprises us with its great technological advances. In addition, its partnerships bring direct benefits to the other country and its people, unlike what we are used to seeingโ€ฆ it is no wonder that the number of requests for nations to join the BRICS increases every year. Congratulations, China!

I'm sorry, my friend!! But you are misinformed. China has the capacity to do whatever it wants. High technology and a lot of money to invest around the world. In fact, it is the largest investor, having already invested more than the USA.
