Selection process and how to participate
Registration for the EAD specialization courses at the Federal Institute IFMS is open from October 23th to November 5th, 2024, and the selection process will be carried out through an electronic draw, ensuring impartiality and accessibility to all interested parties.
The draw will be broadcast live on YouTube, bringing transparency to the process, and the preliminary results will be released on November 13th, 2024.
To secure your place, simply register online, free of charge, through IFMS Selection Center.
Classes are scheduled to start on November 30, 2024, and will be taught through the Moodle platform, a Virtual Teaching and Learning Environment (Avea) widely recognized in the educational field.
Courses offered
Strategies for nature conservation
This course aims to train specialists capable of working in environmental conservation and biodiversity protection.
It addresses integrated nature management, ideal for those who want to work directly with the preservation of natural areas and contribute to sustainability.
- Workload: 400 hours, with an additional 60 hours allocated to the Final Course Work (TCC).
- Jobs: 30 in each pole, including Camapuã, Campo Grande, Dourados, Japorã and Jardim.
Teaching in professional and technological education
Focused in train teachers for professional and technological education, this course offers a critical and ethical approach to working in the field, and is aimed at graduates who wish to expand their knowledge in teaching.
- Workload: 360 hours, lasting 18 months.
- Jobs: 30 in each location, including Campo Grande, Dourados, Jardim, Japorã and Miranda.
Education, diversity and social inclusion
Who are you looking for? promote social inclusion and the appreciation of differences, this course prepares specialists to deal with diversity in the educational environment, encouraging the creation of more democratic relationships.
- Workload: 360 hours, plus 60 hours for the TCC, lasting 18 months.
- Jobs: 30 vacancies available in hubs such as Água Clara, Bataguassu, Campo Grande and Dourados.
How will the selection and transparency of the process be?
After registration, an electronic draw will be held to define those selected, a democratic method that makes the process fair and accessible to everyone.
The Federal Institute IFMS emphasizes transparency by broadcasting the draw live and making the preliminary results available on November 13, 2024.
Additionally, there will be a period for filing of appeals between November 14th and 15th, in case any candidate wishes to contest the result.
Certification and recognition
Participants who complete the course and pass all stages will receive a Specialist Certificate in the chosen area, recognized by the Ministry of Education.
