Details of the online first aid course: registration extended!
According to notice no. 235/2024, published on October 7, 2024, the first aid course in a school environment had its registration deadline extended until October 25th, 2024.
Previously, the deadline was October 22, but IFSuldeMinas decided to give more time for teachers and staff of educational institutions, public and private, sign up.
With 100% distance modality, the course offers flexibility so that education professionals can train without leaving home.
The course has a total workload of 120 hours, divided into essential subjects for emergency situations in schools. The modules include:
- Basic skills for the world of work - 10 hours
- Introduction to First Aid - 10 hours
- Seizure and fainting - 15 hours
- Burns/injuries - 15 hours
- Choking in adults and children - 15 hours
- Respiratory arrest - 15 hours
- Cardiac arrest - 15 hours
- Cardiopulmonary arrest - 15 hours
- Transport of the injured person - 10 hours
With this extension of the deadline, 2.000 vacancies are available, representing a significant leap compared to the 300 vacancies from 2023, proof of the growing demand and importance of first aid training.
How to secure your spot?
Interested parties must complete the electronic form registration deadline until October 25th.
If the number of applicants exceeds the number of vacancies, a electronic draw will be carried out to define those selected.
If the number of registrations is equal to or less than the number of vacancies, all registrants will be automatically enrolled.
