A unesp, through its Coordination of Professional Development and Pedagogical Practices (CDeP3), launched the notice No. 009/2024-UAB/CDeP3, which aims to train teachers and managers of basic education to implementation of inclusive pedagogical practices.

Course details and registration
They are in total 3.750 vacancies for the course in the modality Distance Education (EAD), with a workload of 120 hours, divided into four modules.
During the course, participants will have access to synchronous and asynchronous classes, using the platform Labtime, integrated into the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) from Capes.
Registration for this opportunity can be done from November 04 - 25, 2024, exclusively for the Selection Process System da CDeP3-Unesp, available on official website of the institution. And best of all: participation is totally free!
Objective: to empower diversity and inclusion in education
The course essentially seeks to train teachers and managers to implement pedagogical practices that favor the ethnic-racial inclusion and the valorization of quilombola communities.
Aligned with the National Equity Policy, the course focuses on Education for Ethnic-Racial Relations and Quilombola School Education (PNEERQ), ensuring training that contributes to a more fair and equal education.
How will the vacancies be distributed?
The 3.750 vacancies are divided between Wide Competition e Affirmative Action.
Of these, 938 vacancies (25% of the total) are intended for Affirmative Action, which contemplate black, brown, indigenous, quilombola, people with disabilities, transgender and transvestite people.
As 2.812 spots remaining are for Wide Competition. If Affirmative Action vacancies are not fully filled, they may be reassigned to the Wide Competition.
Courses and schedule
The course will start in December 2024 and will extend to May of 2025.
In addition to the main content about ethnic-racial relations and quilombolas, participants will have a introductory course in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to familiarize themselves with the technological tools that will be used throughout the classes.
