Take a step forward in your career! Ford is offering a free training program in partnership with Senai!
Registration is now open for the Ford training program, which has been in operation in São Paulo since 2022 and is now expanding to a new location. The course is completely price quotation and spans five months, with in-person classes from Monday to Friday. Students will have the chance to learn front-end software development, as well as technical English, logic, behavioral skills, and participate in mentoring sessions and lectures on relevant topics in the area, according to you.
Requirements for participation
If you have more than 16 years, completed high school (or are in the 2nd year or higher) and are looking for new opportunities, this is your chance! “And best of all? No prior programming experience is required!”However, candidates will be tested on mathematics knowledge.
In addition to being a Free course, students who join the program will receive a cost of living allowance of R $ 360 per month for food and transportation, paid in daily installments. The training includes pedagogical support, social assistance, support in preparing for job interviews and a diploma issued by Senai at the end of the course.

Vacancies and registrations
Will be made available 300 vacancies throughout the year, and now, for the first class, they are 50 vacancies with registrations open until the day 28 November. Classes start in 6 January 2025. "So, hurry up and secure your place!"
Selective Process
The selection of participants will be done in five stages. First, you register. Then, there will be a remote challenge followed by a prior knowledge test, which will take place in person. Finally, you will participate in an interview.
The remote challenge consists of a 20-question test to assess your logical reasoning, with three levels of difficulty. The prior knowledge test will contain 20 math questions and 20 text interpretation questions, totaling 40 points.
